Had a blast with friends! We enjoyed attending a family-friendly event followed by a fun visit to the arcade. The hotel is in a prime location. The shared bathrooms were always clean, and the breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious.
Only downside was that the shared bathroom ran low on toilet paper at times, so it's wise to bring some if that's a concern.

Comfortable and perfect hotel in every way with pretty friendly staff apart from supplying us with ice on request. Great and lovely location, relatively near a long pebble-&-sand beach.

Not your typical seaside experience
We booked last minute and ended up in a tiny room with only a shared bath. The sea views were nice, but the freezing cold bathroom made it tough to enjoy. Breakfast was good with fresh options, but the check-in experience felt off with a not-so-friendly welcome. At least the comfy bed saved the night.

The room I got was en suite and cosy with proper beds, a great view, for instance. Central location of this good budget hotel was a bonus. Besides, the area was nice enough, next to Cromer Boating Lake. Highly recommended for celebrating birthday.
Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

The beachside location is unbeatable and the breakfast was awesome with a great selection. Our room, albeit a bit dated, was bright, clean, and spacious enough for a comfortable one-night stay. The entry had a few steps that might pose challenges, particularly with mobility issues, and the shared bathroom arrangement could be inconvenient. A pleasant stay with some room for improvement.

Check-in process felt smooth. The rooms offer quick access to the beach and are clean with well-furnished decor.
The shared bathroom setup left a lot to be desired. It could use more attention during peak hours, and anyone relying on it should prepare to potentially deal with low supplies like toilet paper. The noise from neighboring rooms can carry quite a bit. Limited parking is another stumbling block. Finding a spot could become a frustrating hunt, especially during busy periods.

Consider asking for a room on a lower floor if stairs are a concern, as some rooms are quite high up without a lift.

Direct beach access, excellent sea views, secure bicycle storage
Having only one room key created a nuisance when my friends misplaced theirs!!! Shared bathrooms were inconvenient. A bit of noise from the road outside made sleeping a challenge!!!

A Little Slice of Comfort for Families
And let me tell you, their breakfast was a game changer, fresh homemade bread that actually made my day!
It was a bit on the pricey side, but you know what, for what we got it was still reasonable enough.
